Almaty Children's Science Museum
The museum brings together interactive exhibits, a science lab and a planetarium. Every exhibit is built for self-guided exploration: children can start it, spin it and find out how things actually work. Each hall turns curiosity into a discovery children make for themselves.
We work with families and schools. Classes get dedicated morning sessions with fewer visitors and a science tutor on site. Parents can explore alongside their children and discuss each discovery while it is happening.

Our goal
Children are not given the answer — they build it themselves.
We show children that science is more than a school subject: it is a way to understand the world. A child searches for an answer, tests an idea and sees the result of every action. This experience builds confidence, curiosity and a habit of thinking step by step.
How we work
Experiment over lecture
Every exhibit is designed for direct interaction. Children can start an experiment, change its conditions and repeat it as many times as they like. A complex scientific idea becomes understandable through their own actions.
Open to everyone
The museum is designed to remove unnecessary barriers. The website includes contrast and text-size controls, while the halls use clear wayfinding. Our team helps every guest choose a comfortable route and way to explore.
Tours in three languages
Exhibit labels are available in Kazakh, Russian and English. The same languages are used across the website and guided tours. Families and school groups can choose their preferred language before arriving.
